Adolescent Psychotherapy
Parents often seek out therapy for their adolescent when there are difficulties with academic performance, self-esteem, socialization, family relationships, stress management, or peer relationships. I work collaboratively with adolescents to help them explore their thoughts and feelings so that we can better understand and address the challenges getting in their way.
Adult
Psychotherapy
I provide individualized psychotherapy to adult clients presenting with a range of concerns including issues of adjustment, anxiety, depression, stress management, or relationship concerns. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for us to identify, understand, and address the specific concerns that brought you to therapy. Together, we will work to help you reach your goals.
Parent
Consultation
I work with parents to help them navigate the challenges of raising their children. I provide resources that help parents understand the nature of their child’s difficulties and work to help reduce tension in the parent-child relationship. I typically meet with parents at least once a month. Parents can benefit from learning strategies to help their child at home and collaborating on how to best support the child across all environments.
